Without getting sappy about the best things in life being free, we'll just gleefully proclaim that we offer free ground shipping via UPS on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States, and free shipping to  P.O. Boxes or addresses outside of the 48 contiguous United States, including: Alaska, Hawaii and APOs, via USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

If you'd like to expedite your order, we offer the following options to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only:

3-Day Shipping: $10

2-Day Shipping: $15

Overnight Shipping: $20

Please note that orders placed before 1 p.m. will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will ship the following business day. For orders shipping to locations outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please allow seven to ten business days for delivery.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours and get it to you ASAP! For guaranteed arrival before Christmas, using UPS ground shipping, we suggest placing your order before 1pm EST on December 14th.

- Weekday orders received before 1pm EST ship the same day.

- Our office will be closed on November 22nd, December 24th, 25th and January 1st, 2013. No orders are shipped on those days. 

- Office hours are 9am to 6pm EST seven days a week.

PLEASE NOTE: The day the order is shipped is not included in the transit time (e.g., UPS 3-day orders placed on Saturday will not ship until Monday and will arrive on Thursday).

 

Returns and Exchanges

Return shipping is free when you use the label included in your package.

Returns will be accepted on unworn items that are returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

All sale items are considered "final sale" and will not be eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased using a discount code will be eligible for exchange only.

Please allow seven to ten business days for returns to be processed. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within one to three business days of processing. Your banking institution may require additional days to post the refund to your account.

Capwell & Co. reserves the right to deny merchandise that does not meet these requirements.

Payment Options

While we hope to implement a barter system in the future, currently we're only able to accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard as forms of payment.

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to the order total including shipping, for orders shipped to New York or Rhode Island and is calculated based on state and county locations within each respective state. If you're not lucky enough to reside in our two favorite states, sales tax will not be added to your order.
